Reporting to the CEO of Publicis Groupe Italy , this senior level role will be responsible for leading all aspects of marketing and communications, including but not limited to brand management, content development, customer experience, insights, client engagement, corporate communications, media and analyst relations, social and digital marketing, events management and sales enablement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Work closely with Publicis Groupe Italy CEO and members of the executive team to lead the development of the marketing strategy and marketing plan to increase profitable growth Drive the development of all marketing initiatives and resources, equipping business teams with the most effective resources to enable them to generate new revenues Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats to the company’s position in the marketplace Lead the development of all marketing events and sales enablement programs Develop and manage relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors Partner with executive leadership to build and activate pitch teams and coordinate pitch casting Control the pre-qualification of new business contacts Oversee the development of early-stage pitch engagement responses including written RFIs, RFPs, and credentials content Manage and oversee high quality corporate communication content and establish the style and approach which meets overall company values and expectations Manage the company’s social media presence, including developing content and engaging with followers Ensure that there is consistency and clarity in external messages, by working in association with the key internal leaders to develop and implement media relations strategy Partner with the Talent Team to develop the Communication plan and reinforce the Power of One Company’s culture, which fosters diversity, equity and inclusion Strong understanding of Media strategy, investment, and optimization across all types of media Strong understanding of Creativity/ the Creative industry, brand strategies, positioning and Brand identity Strengthen integration between the local marketing practice and the Global network Lead communication team locally Build and manage the marketing and communications budget. Qualifications Successful leadership experience – 20 years in the media, communication, marketing, or consulting fields Visionary with an outstanding driven personality and an hands-on nature Proven experience and success across all disciplines of marketing in a competitive market Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – communicate clearly, concisely, adapted for audience, with a focus on driving consensus Ability to anticipate – proactive self-starter with ability to understand what is needed and drive against it Build meaningful relationships – Establish productive working relationships, facilitate consensus, empower people, and inject a spirit of inclusiveness Bold and inventive – Bring/Create new models, new approaches, new stories, new capabilities Excellent management skills – work comfortably and effectively in fast shifting, high pressure, and constantly iterating environments and situations Drive simplification – ability to simplify complex concepts, constructs, and language Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Sound knowledge of CRM and CMS Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
