Join us What you will do: As a Client Manager you will be responsible for all activities related to: Management of the relationship between Gridspertise and the customer, both for ordinary and extraordinary activities Management of the order between Gridspertise and the customer Achieving customer satisfaction Organization of the activities required in the contract Coordination of the areas involved whether they are Gridspertise, the customer or a supplier (e.g. R&D, Technical Support, Legal, Regulatory, Administration, etc.) Analysis of the progress of the order, in economic and technical terms Who you are: Degree in Engineering (Management, Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications) or Economics with: Experience in the field of distribution networks Preferable experience of at least 3 years as a project manager. Experience in complex projects, will be considered a plus if related to the context of Smart Meters and/or Smart Grids. Ability to manage a contract between customer and supplier Ability to manage complex and rapidly evolving situations, putting them in order and coordinating the joint efforts of the parties involved Advanced knowledge of the world of electrical distribution Knowledge of the basic elements that characterize the process of transport and delivery of goods Knowledge of the basic elements that characterize the goods invoicing process Knowledge of the basic elements relating to products and services in the context of the Smart Metering and/or Smart Grids processes developed by Enel will be considered a plus Advanced knowledge of the English language Basic knowledge of the Spanish language will be considered a plus What we search in you: Customer orientation Organization and planning Collaborative and open approach to work with adaptability resilience Analytical and management skills and problem solving Ability to establish open and knowledgeable relationships with colleagues and peers Ability to motivate and positively influence other colleagues Flexibility and ability to work in multicultural teams Availability to travel in Italy and Europe What we offer: Personal growth and programs of empowerment Extensive flexible and remote work options in accordance with organizational needs Corporate welfare including supplemental health care, wellness programs, family and parental caring, benefits, conventions and more Permanent contract in Rome/Milan Who we are: Gridspertise offers grid intelligent devices, end-to-end cloud-edge platform solutions, and services to accelerate the digital transformation of electricity distribution grids across three main areas: metering and grid edge digitalization, network infrastructure digitalization, field operation digitalization.
