We are looking for a Client Service Specialist who will support the Client Service Manager in managing, developing and improving the Omnichannel Client Service strategy at a Worldwide level, providing a luxury and personalized experience to the Giorgio Armani clients. Job Responsibilities: Support the Manager in executing the Client Service strategy Collaborate with Regions and internal functions to improve Company processes and services ensuring a Client Service always aligned with the client’s expectation and luxury markets standards Support the Client Service Manager to collect information on new projects, share impacts on clients, keeping the Client Service always aligned to the Company evolutions Prepare dedicated training materials, update processes and procedures Manage daily escalation and complex issues ensuring a fast resolution and perform quality checks to make sure the process and procedure respect Prepare and monitor the WW Client Service SLA/KPIs and prepare dedicated reporting and documentation to provide the business with regular quantitative and qualitative feedback on Worldwide Client Service performances Explore the markets trends, solutions and innovations with the aim to offer the best-in-class experience to Giorgio Armani Clients Profile: Degree At least 4 years in the same role and in a luxury environment In-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of luxury clients and strong passion for fashion Well organized, problem solver, data driven mindset and root cause & proactive approach In-depth knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point) English fluency in speech and writing.
