Job Number: R0162009 CNO Analyst Programmer, Mid The Opportunity: As a computer network operations ( CNO ) spe cia list, you know how embedded and application developers, reverse engineers, and vulnerability analysts all play key roles in the CNO capability development lifecycle. We’re looking for someone like you to develop your problem-solving prowess in a rapidly evolving systems security research and development environment. As a CNO capability development spe cia list on our team, you’ll support the full project lifecycle. Working with an agile team of experienced professionals, you’ll perform reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis of diverse sof tware problems. You’ll inform operational parameters for complex systems and leverage artifi cia l intelligence and machine learning to influence the delivery of your work. Using your network operations skills, you’ll determine what the art of the problem is and what can be done and then you’ll bring it to life for your clients. You Have: 2 years of experience with computer network operations, engineering, defense, and exploitation measures to gain strategic advantages Experience developing embedded sof tware systems in assembly, C, and C++ in UNIX, Linux, or Windows environments Experience with sof tware development, analytic development, and DevOps te chn iques for malware variants, advancing crypt capabilities, and emerging u nk nown protocols Experience gathering requirements, designing and developing approaches for product security and resilience cryptographic solutions, and anti-forensic measures Experience in delivery of solutions within sof tware development, reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and exploit development teams Experience researching notable vulnerabilities, research papers, vulnerability analysis, and concept solutions, and presenting findings to clients, industry partners, leadership, and peer groups Experience with existing and emerging CNO enabling architectures, data flows, interfaces, and frameworks in the OCO mission space Experience using automation and virtualization to deploy, maintain, and sustain capabilities, developing and executing strategies for countering or mitigating environmental challenges, security and policy constraints, and system or architecture limitations TS/SCI clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: 3 years of experience with computer programming in C / C++, Python, Assembly, or PerlScript 2 years of experience in big data platforms, black box testing, cloud computing, disa ssembly, global telecommunications system architectures and protocols, protocol analysis, ICS / SCADA design and systems, sof tware debugging, streaming analytics, or vulnerability management or mitigation Experience in telecommunications operations,computer network operations, SIGINT collection operations, information security ( INFOSEC ) or information assurance, or research and development Experience in exploit development and malware reverse engineering Experience with Unix, Linux, RTOS, or Wind River VxWorks Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
