Prima communications team is a global team, serving 3 countries: Italy, UK and Spain. The team is responsible for Prima internal/external communications and stakeholder engagement strategy. The team works with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute plans, deliver projects, and build and maintain important relationships. Responsibilities: The Prima’ Communication Team is looking for a talented Communication Associate (2 years of experience). The Communication Associate will report to the Chief Communication officer and will be responsible for: Helping the team in developing and implementing communications strategies Supporting events organization (both internal and external) Drafting and editing internal and external communications (e.g. mail, social media posts, invites,) Maintaining appointments and calendars Preparing reports and presentation Facilitating effective in-house communications Assisting in executing social media strategies and maintaining web content Requirements Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment that has demanding deadlines and dynamic conditions, without compromising impact Proficiency in English along with excellent writing and editing skills (Spanish is a plus) Strong verbal as well as written communication skills Exceptional time-management and organizational skills Akeen eye for details Problem-solving attitude Research shows that some people are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single criteria.
