A new colleague for the Marketing & Communication team who will be responsible for the formulation and implementation of communication activities for our company. Depending on the characteristics of the candidates, the degree of autonomy and the possibility of including a more experienced figure alongside a more operational junior figure will be evaluated. Job responsibilities The candidate will be part of Etifor’s Marketing & Communication Unit and will be responsible for the following activities: Development of offline and online communication plans and campaigns. Campaign management and content creation (organic and paid) for our social media. Writing texts – in Italian and English – for websites, graphics, newsletters, etc. Organising events in collaboration with other team members. Monitoring and reporting (e.g. social campaigns) Educational background We do not require a degree in a specific subject area, but degrees in the following areas will be positively valued: Literature, languages, communication, and marketing. Forestry and environmental sciences, natural sciences, and biology. The educational background says a lot about a person, but not everything. Experience At least 1 year experience in marketing or communication is required. Experience in the environmental sector or abroad will be considered a plus. You speak English more than a foreign language (no official certifications are required, but your language level will be tested during the interview. Only candidates with a C1 or higher level will be considered). You have a solid knowledge of social ADV strategies (e.g. paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn). You are able to update websites and write SEO-oriented texts. You have a problem solving approach and are able to maintain positive communication with colleagues and customers. You are familiar with these tools: WordPress, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Meta Business Manager.
