COMPLIANCE PLATFORM TECHNICAL LEAD

The candidate will work in Allianz Technology (IT Compliance Department). The IT Compliance team is dynamic and works on challenging goals and projects and on system maintenance activities as well, with a focus on Operations, creating the highest possible level of efficiency within the international Allianz organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Complete all assignments under the guidance of a Service Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management, and all other relevant aspects of assignments. • Provide advisory support to existing clients, ensuring effective and efficient management of key accounts. • Contribute to the day-to-day operations of assigned tasks until their completion. REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE • Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field • Solid technical knowledge, derived from at least 3 years of experience designing, engineering and implementing IT solutions • Knowledge of architectural design, logical/physical architecture, and integration of multiple systems (windows, Linux) • Experience in the insurance/financial industry especially applied to regulatory aspects as Anti-Money Laundering Compliance, Anti-Terrorism, Tax Evasion, Fraud woud be a plus • Knowledge of Java and .net programming languages and tools • Knowledge/experience of Cloud Technologies (es. AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible or Terraform) • Knowledge of MVS/Host environment as cobol/db2, JCL would be a plus • Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure with limited guidance • Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience • Ability to communicate clearly and constructively in Italian and English to explain both technical aspects of solutions and potential business benefits (e.g., ability to translate concepts into effective presentations). 34304 | IT & Tech Engineering | Professional | Allianz Technology | Full-Time | Permanent Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
