Job description Protiviti’s Technology Risk Consulting professionals work together with clients to ensure that investments in technology and innovation meet expected requirements and are aligned with different national and international regulatory requirements. For our Milan office we are looking for determined and proactive people who understand both the client’s business and the technologies used by him. The resource will be part of our multi-disciplinary team, giving an effective and effective operational contribution from the outset. We are looking for graduates in technical disciplines of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) area, who have gained 1/2 ( Consultant role ) or 3/5 ( Senior Consultant role ) years of experience in leading consulting firms and/or in dynamic national and international contexts. The ideal candidate must be interested and have professional experience in delivering client solutions in the areas of access security and management (SAP GRC Access Controls), system controls and compliance and has familiarity with segregation of duties, security and controls concepts. The candidate will have the following responsibilities: Support to the implementation, analysis and definition of Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions; Preparation of project plans, operational coordination of the project team in direct support of the reference manager. Required Technical Knowledge & Skills: Good understanding of segregation of duties and controls concepts, sensitive access, user access management pertaining to ERP applications. Prior experience of working on SAP GRC Access Controls. Experience with core business processes including: Order-To-Cash, Purchase-To-Pay, and Financial Close business process scenarios. Strong data analytical and MS Excel (Functions, Macros etc.) skills. Preferred Technical Knowledge & Skills Implementation or functional team experience in a technology audit/risk assessment practice specializing in SAP desirable. Experience in assessing an ERP implementation in the context of business controls, security, internal audit, or compliance context. Experience with ERP security design for any of the ERP applications a plus. Experience in a user provisioning redesign or implementation project. Educational & Professional Credentials Degree in a technology-based discipline (Computer Information Systems, Information System Technologies, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, and Computer Science) from an accredited college/university. Professional ERP Certifications are preferred. The basic requirements in the selection are the good knowledge of the Italian and English languages (both oral and written), the interpersonal and communicative skills. Ideal candidates are prepared to work as a team, are determined, have a spirit of initiative, present dynamism, and aptitude to the profession of consultant, ambition to professional development and are available for travel based on client requests/commitments.
