As Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for: Running our Milan office during its inception stage with the support from our regional offices in Paris and Geneva Execute and update our business plan for the market, develop ambitious account plans and monitor sales performance Ensuring the successful delivery of projects, quality of the pitches/proposals/deliverables and overall customer satisfaction Building a team of consultants in Milan to help deliver projects and develop new business opportunities Handling communication with our clients and collaboration with the local office of our technology partners Education & Experience Master’s degree (business, engineering) or equivalent diploma from top tier university 6-9 years experience in consulting firms or digital/media agency with solid client-facing and business development experience Solid experience in project management in an international context with both business and technology stakeholders Skills & Interests Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, Italian native, fluent in English, French is a plus Good understanding of web analytics, media performance as well as cloud for marketing performance ideally Very strong knowledge of the adtech/martech landscape (players and trends) Strong analytical mindset, proven problem-solving skills Team player and demonstrated leadership ability Strong interest in new technologies and digital transformation Past experience or good knowledge of the luxury, CPG and automotive industries You will report to a Managing Director based in Europe. Following a week of intense training, you will be fully supported by 55 subject-matter experts and the management team, and will benefit from a continuous learning program.
