The right candidate will be accountable for the implementations of the ELSB Operating System in the ELSB HUB ED, and achievement of operational excellence (OPEX) savings. They will ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ELSB Operating System and in accordance with other company procedures, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments. They will support the local management in overseeing team development and process improvement to continually increase the effectiveness of project execution and develop local champions. The role will report to the Segment Quality and CI Manager. This position reports to Segment Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager Your responsibilities Participate in the CI and OPEX budgeting process, jointly with ED segment quality and CI manager and Division CI manager, setting the targets for projects rollout and related savings. Lead the HUB CI team, establish the improvement projects execution approach, and oversee project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. Ensure the local projects follow ELSB Operating system standards and execution practices. Supervise improvement project execution and performance management through project reviews with management, taking an active role in resolving escalated issues. Guide, motivate, and develop direct and indirect reports within HR policies. Oversee competency assessments and ensure that the project staff are licensed and certified appropriately, lead, and coach the project execution teams to achieve defined business objectives. Your background Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of Continuous Improvement and/or lean projects implementation Lean six sigma green belt or black belt certification. Willingness to travel (> 50% working time) Change management techniques advanced knowledge.
