The Corporate Communications Senior Manager is a key role responsible for developing effective strategic communication plans for an international higher education institution operating in several global markets. This position will oversee the implementation and execution of complex and innovative communication plans to support strategic growth of our business schools, products and services. This position will evaluate the results of various communication campaigns and will coordinate communication initiatives across a variety of channels. The Corporate Communications Senior Manager will lead the planning and execution of online and offline communication campaigns to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing and communications plans. We are looking for an individual with experience in the higher education industry who understands the specifics of this industry and has a proven professional experience within strategic communication units at universities, business schools, and institutions of higher education. The position is remote, however, periodic travel is required. Key responsibilities: · Fortify brand visibility of the educational institution globally · Lead and champion the development of internal and external communications strategy and initiatives · Plan, develop and oversee the development of all communications activities in consultation with all internal stakeholders · Work with Product Managers to ensure consistency among different communication channels and transmit relevant communication massages that consider marketing goals · Lead impactful brand recognition campaigns, highlighted by successful organization of high-profile events, such as conferences and workshops featuring renowned faculty and keynote speakers · Work with content writers, editors, SMM Managers and graphic designers and make sure they execute the communication plans · Develop coordinated schedules and plans for corporate communication initiatives in different digital channels (including website and social media) · Plan, edit and supervise content for a variety of communications mediums · Ensure communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization · Set PR strategy, and liaise with PR agencies · Serve as the company’s chief spokesperson in certain media markets and train company staff to engage with media wherever appropriate · Support regional communication programs and country-level teams while ensuring communications, brand, and messaging is standardised globally · Produce high-quality information products, including annual reports, special publications, presentations, etc. · Manage internal brand and employee engagement communications (newsletters, brand consistency efforts, etc.) · Make sure information in all channels is up to date and conduct periodic website audits · Identify communication investment priorities within different channels and campaigns Job requirements: · 5-7 years of proven professional experience in corporate strategic communication units at senior or middle level · Professional experience working in higher education industry · Understanding of higher education communication needs · Experience in working with media and PR agencies · Excellent written and spoken English · Proficient skills of MS PowerPoint · Experience in supervising and managing the production of graphic materials · Experience in working with digital communication channels · Proven experience in managing production teams · Education in the area of public relations, communication, marketing, or similar Livello di anzianità Executive J-18808-Ljbffr
