Ensure: New prescriptions, customers / markets are generated as per the agreed strategy. – Winner new tenders and create a sustainable network of hospital and regions that adopt company products Implementation of sales & marketing strategies Promote the Company’s existing brands and introduce new products to the market. Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand market requirements, identify market trends and suggest system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals. Implementing new sales plan Distribution Management Manage distribution channel in the area and ensure that adequate inventories are maintained with distributors and commensurate to the sales plans. Timely submission of product-wise sales forecasts and plans. Team Development Developing the team to achieve the organization objectives through proper guidance, motivation, coaching & feedback. Ensure that each team member follows the sales systems and processes as outlined by Biocon and make them high performers Inculcating work and reporting discipline within the team. Requirements: Bachelors in Pharmacy/graduation in any Science stream, Masters in Pharmacy/post-graduation in science stream. Experience in vaccines, biosimilars, anti-infectives would be desired Strong Pharma Sales experience and at least one year experience as a front-line manager.
