Position: Country Manager, Regional Manager for D.A.CH, France, Spain & Italy Reports to: the General Manager of International Sales Department. Demand Quantity & Location: 1 for D.A.CH, 1 for France, 1 for Spain, 1 for Italy General Description: Taking the overall charge for the EU responsible region as required from time to time, you are responsible for setting up the racking sales channel in the major countries in Europe including but not limited to: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, France and Italy, maintaining the relationship of regional Key clients/ business partners, Supporting the Branch staff including the sales teams in selling of our solutions and service to Key accounts/distributors, and coordination of regional projects in various cities. Take responsibility for the regional sales target, profit target and expenses control target as set, achievement of Profit figures, sales figures and customer retention and acquisition, work with marketing, GOC, Finance, investment & management, HR and technical and support staff to achieve the objectives and targets. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Develop annual budget planning and business operating plan according to Clenergy’s overall strategy; Manage and support the Local and overseas staff to accomplish the PV racking sales target, responsible to achieve the profit and revenue, cash and quality target. Take lead and responsible for marketing issues such as the website and solar events exhibitions. Selling our solutions and services to key accounts and achieve regional’s revenue target. Set up the distribution channel, sell products and services to key accounts; Key clients’ relationship management. Set up the warehouse and logistic. Recruit and manage PV racking sales team, incl. mentoring, training and performance monitoring, etc. Ensure that all staff members work in accordance with the policies and procedures as set by Clenergy; complying with all the local legal liabilities of the responsible regions. Trouble shooting and problem solving; Deliver as well as monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits and cash. Produce business performance reports on a monthly or quarterly basis. Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills: Bachelor and above, with major in structure engineer, civil engineer major or equivalent experience is preferred; Minimum 3 years as solar PV business development, sales, or marketing. experiences in the Europe; Have a proven track record demonstrating their understanding and business acumen. in PV mounting structure or construction or Solar Energy; Knowledge and experience of PV industry, fully understand the EU mainstream racking products and services. Familiar with EU renewable law, pricing, markets and competitors’ situations. Good negotiation skills, Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills. Solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning. Ability to recruit, train, manage staff and monitor, incentive team members’ performance. Fluency in English and the regional main local language (German, French, Spanish, Italian) is a must, other languages like Mandarin will be advantages.
