We are looking for a Business Development Manager/Country Manager to join our Italian team. This position will play an important role in further expanding our solar business in EU markets. Responsible for sales project of household and commercial solar inverters and batteries in Italy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets; 2. Collect market information and client insights, combined with competitor analysis to improve the sales market system; 3. Develop new prospects and manage customer relationships through on-site visits, emails, cold calls, events and other channels; 4. Work with strategic partners to implement the marketing & product strategy for the Italian market; 5. Responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing activities (exhibitions, product training, seminars, roadshows, media sponsorship etc.); Qualifications: 1. MUST have more than 2 years of sales experience in the photovoltaic industry or team management experience in the solar industry; 2. Candidates with local Italian resources or connections with solar industry dealer or installer is preferred; 3. Experience in regional strategic planning and talent team training; Good at communication and problem-solving; 4. Native Italian speaker and Excellent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; 5. Understand basic international trade knowledge and international finance knowledge. 6.
