If you want to know more about us, give a look here: www.satispay.com Join us as a CRM Product Manager What you will be doing As the CRM Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical and marketing teams to ensure the successful development and execution of our CRM strategy. You will be responsible for managing our CRM platform, optimizing customer journeys, and driving engagement and retention initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating closely with both the technical and marketing teams to deliver seamless customer experiences that enhance customer loyalty and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: CRM Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. Platform Management: Oversee the CRM platform’s configuration, customization, and maintenance, ensuring its optimal performance and usability for marketing and sales teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between the technical and marketing teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration to ensure the CRM system meets both teams’ needs. Customer Segmentation: Utilize data analytics and customer insights to segment our customer base and create personalized communication strategies and campaigns. Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute targeted CRM campaigns, including email marketing, in-app messaging, and SMS campaigns, to drive customer engagement and retention. Performance Monitoring: Continuously analyze CRM data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and customer engagement, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Customer Journey Optimization: Develop and optimize customer journeys to enhance the customer experience, drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and reduce churn. Integration Management: Work with the technical team to integrate the CRM system with other relevant tools and platforms to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy. You have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience (5 years) in CRM management and product management, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration. Strong understanding of CRM platforms, technologies, and tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with industry-specific compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). You are: Highly organised and able to work both in team and independently. An excellent communicator and relationship builder. A very quick learner that fastly adapts to different situations. Results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial and passionate about your work. Logistic & Salary The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Stock option plan available. The selection process Once we receive your CV, we will take time to evaluate it carefully.
