Responsibilities: The IT CRM Solution Architect will work closely with the technical stakeholders and the CRM Manager on a global transformation program with particular focus on technical feasibility analysis, architecture definition and governance of the development and roll-outs. Defines the system architecture landscape and complex solution components, working with project teams, leading them in all stages of the CRM platform development life cycle; Acts as integration lead and is able to demonstrate a clear approach to methodology as well as technical capabilities; Leads data migration and integration streams with other corporate systems across main business critical processes; Acts as development lead and is able to demonstrate a wide range of development skills. Is a strong advocate for adherence to standards and best practice. Understands the capabilities of the development team (both internal to the Company or through 3rd party), providing support and assistance when needed; Assesses the compatibility and integration of proposed architecture solutions to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies; Contributes to software selection and vendor management; Provides constant guidance, assistance and support to CRM delivery team; Is able to translate business requirements into functional architecture ensuring scalability and resilience of every solution; Proposes system changes and new use cases with IT and business stakeholders with an understanding of costs and benefits; Works with globally distributed teams to analyze, trouble shoot and isolate root cause of critical operational issues. Candidate Profile: Fluent in English, both oral and written. Any additional language is an advantage; Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or comparable discipline; 7 years of experience in CRM domain; Proven experiences in designing full end-to-end solutions across a multitude of differing business areas, complex integration / middleware solutions definition; Extensive experience with at least one CRM platform among Salesforce and MS Dynamics; Deep knowledge in at least one enterprise integration platforms among MuleSoft and Azure Integration Services. Hands-on in software development (JAVA, package software); Knowledge in Customer Engagement, Marketing Campaign Automation, CRM and CTI processes; Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.
