If you want to know more about us, give a look here: Join us as a CRM SPECIALIST B2C What you will be doing You’ll report to the CRM Manager B2C and you’ll partner closely with Satispay’s Regional Marketing, Business Intelligence, Tech, Operations, Business Development and Sales teams supporting the execution of Satispay’s CRM strategy. The role is based within our Headquarter in Milan, where – along with all the key people – as an active member of Satispay, you will support the Satispay Group (Italy, Luxembourg, and soon other countries) in activities such as: Namely you will: Coordinate and execute digital CRM campaigns and initiatives using different channels (push notifications, email, in-app messages, content cards, SMS) Analyse and report CRM campaigns and initiatives Execute both Growth and Retention Strategy: create and execute onboarding, upselling and engagement campaigns that are meaningful and relevant to every consumer, also according to their behaviour within the app Liasing with the local markets and support the execution of their cross-chall campaigns Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Care teams to constantly improve customer experience Coordinate with internal teams (Brand, Communication, Local markets) and external stakeholders to deliver CRM campaigns and initiatives What we need We are looking for brilliant talents willing to share our enthusiasm and passion for Satispay’s project. If you’re looking for a job where you challenge yourself, learn and professionally grow, Satispay is the right place for you You have: 3 years of experience in CRM and digital marketing in a fast-growing environment Experience with Braze (formerly Appboy). Any experience with other CRM softwares such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Mixpanel is considered a strong plus Analytical approach: you are able to look at data critically and insightfully Fluent knowledge of Italian and English – both written and spoken You are: Naturally energetic: your enthusiasm is contagious – with a flexible mindset and strong commitment Proactive: you grab opportunities, run with them and make things happen, and are autonomous in detecting opportunities and missed calls Genuinely curious and willing to learn: you are driven by a strong desire to go to the bottom of processes and projects, with a detail-oriented mindset Organized: excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize while handling several projects simultaneously Knowledge of French or other European languages is considered a plus. Logistic & Salary The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Stock option plan available.
