Job Description We have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Collaboration Manager (m/f/d) to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. This position lies within the S&OP Italy business unit with its office located in Milan and is reporting into the Head of S&OP and Logistics. The delivery of an outstanding customer and Kraft Heinz Supply Chain will be your primary responsibility- while constantly looking for improvement activities within you team. In brief- you take ownership of; Developing and implementing the customer collaboration Strategy. Delivering target service performance in all aspects of Service as measured by the customer- case fill rate and delivery on time and supporting the customer in securing on shelf availability. Building strong internal and external relationships with our Customers- Sales- Customer Service- Demand and Logistics. Identifying and implementing supply chain value projects- for reducing costs- enabling value creation and improving customer happiness. Securing Kraft Heinz’s supply chain preferred supplier position for your customers and developing and maintaining key communication channels. Qualifications Hard Skills and Capabilities Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field- e.g. Supply Chain Roughly 5 years’ experience in a supply chain or logistics position Good hands-on Excel knowledge Strong proficiency in Italian and English Professional Attributes Communication Skills – People are easily be exposed to senior management- no matter their level. Therefore- it’s meaningful to have excellent interpersonal skills- to take care of all kinds of different collaborators. Analytical – We’re a very data driven company- making it crucial to be able to translate complex data into a simple solution with an analytical approach.
