You will be involved in tasks such as Ability to manage and guide customer requirements to match low-code platform features Contributing to the whole development lifecycle, from planning to implementation and testing Managing a team of low code developers in the design and development of solutions with the team, by following and defining development processes Promoting team accountability and autonomy Working on conflict resolution and roadblocks removal Working with the team on project planning and delivery process Requirements A Master’s degree in Informatics or Computer Engineering is required. A Master’s degree with a grade equal to or above 102 is required. Proficiency in the Italian language is mandatory. Minimum 3 years of experience as a developer / team leader Experience in customer-facing roles and in managing teams Experience in web and mobile development Experience in releasing software projects in production Leadership qualities Previous experience in agile project and low-code technology is a nice to have As a new company, we offer our employees the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, where they can make a real impact and drive change.
