Customer Marketing Analytics Specialist

Ferrari assume un Customer Marketing Analytics Specialist per la sede centrale di Maranello (Modena).

In order to strengthen the Marketing team, we are looking for a Customer Marketing Analytics Specialist who will plan and deliver CRM strategies across the organization, retaining and reactivating existing customers and increasing brand loyalty.
As Customer Marketing Analytics Specialist you will ensure KPIs definition and monitoring, share periodical analysis and reports, monitor results and provide insights for strategy evolution.
Part of your responsibility will be defining guidelines on Client database quality (data cleansing, merging, etc.) and ensuring their implementation, collecting and analyzing Customer data to drive product recommendations, contaminating internal and external stakeholders on a Customer-Centric mindset.

Required profile:

In order to succeed in this challenging marketing role, we are looking for a graduate profile (Master Degree ideally in Business, Marketing, or related fields) with at least 1 year of working experience, ideally in a multinational luxury or automotive company.
In Ferrari we can expect you to be a team player with a collaborative approach able to work effectively across multiple functions & departments, with excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to communicate at all business levels.
Analytical skills and attention to details, as well as good command of Microsoft Office and BI tools (BO, Power BI) are mandatory.
A previous international professional experience will be considered as a plus.
Fluent English is required.
