Your role is two folded, use different data sources to support KPI’s and improvements, and member of the process improvement team to keep the approved standard operating procedures (SOP) in line with intern and external standards. Your responsibility is to determine which data shall be extracted from the various product data sources, to perform the analysis, to propose improvement areas and what shall be communicated based on the plan agreed with the principal. Next to that you can be asked to coordinate the improvement actions. Another responsibility is to support the process improvement team and CAPA team with analyzing changes from internal and external standards or findings. Essential part of the analysis is to determine the impact as well as reworking the agreed changes/solutions in the IGT-S BMS. This is done in close cooperation with the process owners and CAPA owners. You align your approach and strategy with the various stakeholders and report the status (progress) and results to the stakeholders. | Your responsibilities Process, interpret and analyze complex, high-volume data from varying sources. Setup, analyze, interpret and evaluate different data sources to provide business relevant information. Support the organization in providing information and analysis on demand and pro-actively. Determine which product data shall be extracted (data mining) and instruct/lead the persons responsible for the data extraction. Determine where the extracted data shall be used in the various processes, take care that it is implemented and evaluate usage. Determine the improvement areas based on extracted data and create proposals. Train / deploy processes on demand of the process improvement team. Analyze and determine the impact of internal and external standard changes on request Plan, define and implement improvements pro-active or on request. Support the system test designers in managing the design verification and release and if applicable be the system test designer. Contribute to department plans, strategies and roadmap activities. | Your Team You will be part of the Business Unit Image Guided Therapy (IGT) systems within Philips Healthcare. This Business Unit is responsible for marketing, service, development and manufacturing of IGT systems used in the area of cardiac and vascular medical diagnosis and intervention. The customers are hospitals and their medical specialists. You have 7 colleague and you are the contact person regarding product data mining and the processes you are facilitating.| | What do we expect from you? We are looking for: Someone with proven leader and project management skills. Someone with a strong quality drive and has the ability to handle cultural differences and foreign development teams (multi-site). Someone, who is pro-active and wants to learn, but also has an eye for further improvements. Someone with in-depth knowledge of design control processes, strategies & techniques as well as regulatory rules and experience. Ability to communicate abstract concepts. Analytical and structured.
