Delivery Manager

Stentle is a Company part of M-Cube Group that provides its clients with tools and ideas to tackle omnichannel initiatives in the retail industry . Stentle is able to accompany companies in all steps of the digital transformation process, from strategic planning to experience design and software development. Starting from the proprietary Just Commerce platform, Stentle’s solutions, integrating with the legacy systems of the customer brand, allow it to support the entire commercial process , from customer engagement to final purchase. Stentle is looking for a Delivery Manager to be hired in the delivery area. He/She will own the delivery of Just Commerce proprietary platform roadmap and the management of the internal development team and of the subcontractors. He/She will work together with product owner and project managers in order to assure quality, deadlines and costs agreed with internal stakeholders and external clients. He/She will support the sales process, as needed, by participating in the solution design. Responsabilities and Goa ls The Delivery Manager’s main responsibilities are: ● Oversee and guide all the activities of the team. ● Coordinate SLA management and track the teams’ overall performance with a customer centric approach. ● Monitors department issues and clients’ complaints. ● Develop problem management and service improvement plans. ● Proactively improve the delivery management processes to grant quality standards. ● Strive to innovation by coordinating and nurturing the scouting of cutting edge technologies. Qualificat ions Primary skills: ● Bachelor’s degree. ● At least 5 years of experience in delivery of omnichannel solutions (retail experience will be considered as a plus). ● Service Delivery and SLA Management. ● Client / Stakeholder relationship. ● Team Management & Leadership. ● Experience with continuous delivery and continuous integration (CD/CI). ● Knowledge of web-based, mobile and cloud technologies (Java, Javascript, iOS/Android | MongoDB | AWS/GCP/Azure | Kubernetes basics). ● Knowledge of web-based, mobile and cloud architectures (PaaS, SaaS, container and orchestration). Direct experience in building SaaS products will be considered as a plus. ● Knowledge project management tools (preferred: Jira) and development tools (Bitbucket, etc.). ● Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
