Join the winning team now WinningRequirements · Minimum of five years’ experience in similar roles · Demonstrated experience in leading large/complex Project/Program Management teams with focus on application projects; · Management Reporting (benchmarks, metrics, dashboards, etc.) with strong communication skills. · Native Italian and fluent English speaking; · Advanced skills of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; · Outstanding organizational, time management and communication skills; · Very high standards of accuracy, presentation and attention to detail; · Ability to work in a fast changing and challenging environment; · Experience in CRM, HR or ERP Transformation projects will be an advantage; · Previous experience and/or a strong interest in digital organizations. NiceToHave · ITIL certification or knowledge. · Knowledge of Salesforce or SAP; · Knowledge of Service management and Project management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Microsoft Project). YourRole As part of an important growth strategy of the ITS department , we are looking for brilliant IT PROJECT and PROGRAM MANAGER to strengthen our Application Product Management team in the Milan/Rome offices. · You will be able to: define, document and carry out sets of internal IT projects within the Application Product Management function ; · Assure business requirements from internal clients are translated into operational plans. · Direct, and coordinate activities to implement internal projects from initiation stage to operation includingthe transition into “business-as-usual”. · Ensures that realistic project plans are maintained and ensure regular communication with stakeholders, consistent with the methods in use ( agile, hybrid or waterfall ). · You will also be able to manage: change control procedure, costs, timescales, adherence to scope, interdependencies, program risk and takes action where these deviate from agreed tolerances. · Provide effective leadership to the project members. Ensure that own projects are formally closed and, and that lessons learned are recorded.
