Bulgari Italia, for its Stores based in Milan Montenapoleone and Rinascente, is searching for the Deputy Store Manager. The position will report to the Store Director and, besides covering the Sales Advisor activities, will be accountable for the following main responsibilities (when the Store Director is not on duty):
Accountabilities
- Act as a reference person for all staff in sale-related processes and issues on the sales floor
- Assist the Store Director in building and maintaining the client portfolio by contributing to improve the collective and individual performance of the store teams in relation to all CRM and Clienteling KPIs. This, by coaching and following up with the sales team, in setting and achieving challenging objectives for each of the steps in the clienteling process: data capture, contactability, prospecting, client outreach, OTOs, re-purchase, and top tier client engagement and retention.
- Provide feedback to sales team and after sale team on service delivery and sales attitude
- Manage clients concerns/ disputes/ complaints assuring that the customer satisfaction is constantly pursued and restored
- Approve discounts as per policy
- Perform back office activities coordination (when the Back Office Manager is not on duty)
Profilo
Qualifications/Professional Capabilities
- At least 7 years of experience in a Sales position
- Selling skills and Store procedures knowledge
- Managerial experience
- Very strong commercial background and focus
- Fluent English (other language is a plus)
- Knowledge of business application (Taxi/Beanstore, CRM)
