How will you make an impact in this role? Within the PAYBACK Marketing team – responsible for the marketing strategy and execution for the PAYBACK loyalty card members – we are looking for D igital Marketing Analyst reporting to the Online & Retail Communication Executive . As part of this team, this person will be supporting the execution of the Communication Mission with the goal of improving awareness, consideration, appreciation and activation of the PAYBACK services and features. PAYBACK is a 100% owned American Express company and it is a multi-partner, global loyalty and engagement platform running its business in Italy since 2014. In the role you will be responsible for: Owning the developing and delivery of content for a variety of communication channels (site, app, partners’ digital channels, point of sales, partners’ channels) with a special focus on newsletter channel; write, review, edit and proofread content Collaborate with different partners in the planning, creation, and launch of communications Supervise, evaluate, and report on performance of communications activities across all touchpoints; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered Lead campaign management, online and off line, activities including agency management and cost controls Build strong, collaborative relationships with key cross-functional partners, including third-party Partner, CRM, Legal, Compliance, Operations Teams Requirements: Outstanding, meticulous verbal and written communication skills, both in Italian and English; ability to optimally communicate sophisticated information to multiple audiences A passion for communications, telling stories, and engaging audiences, especially in a digital environment SEO writing skills Good project management skills being able to prioritize multiple activities with tight timelines Strong partnership-building and partner leadership skills Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously and take initiative Highly proficient in creative software, specifically Microsoft PowerPoint Experience working with cross-functional teams and various audiences Creative thinking, flexibility, and the ability to lead, drive, and measure change Strong standout colleague who is flexible and maintains a positive attitude even during changing work priorities Experience with Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, CSS coding, video editing, image processing and optimization – is a plus Preferably 2 years of experience in marketing, especially in retail industry, is strongly appreciated University Degree Qualifications We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
