Buccellati has been part of the Global Luxury Group Richemont since September 2019. For our HQ in Milan, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Department. WHAT YOU’LL DO – Reporting to the Strategic and Digital Marketing Director and focusing on the website and e-commerce project – Coordinate external agencies for Website application maintenance (AMS): bug fixing, UX/UI improvement, etc. – E-commerce monthly sales analysis and margin analysis – Monitor the web KPI’s to optimize product assortments and buying experience – Constructed benchmark and competitor analyses on website and email marketing strategy – Support the paid search strategies that align with Buccellati objectives and business sales – Coordinate the external agency in keywords research and selection to build effective campaigns – Coordinate the ad copy that is relevant, engaging, and effective – Monitor and support the campaigns optimization to achieve maximum ROI – Analyze campaign performance data and provide recommendations for improvements – Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats – Stay up-to-date with the latest paid search trends, technologies, and industry changes – Collaborate with the external agency to develop effective paid search strategies that drive business results. – Strong understanding of SEO logic – Strong understanding of email marketing logic WHAT ARE YOU – 2 experience – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field – Extensive experience managing paid search campaigns across multiple search engines. – Strong Knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo Ads, Naver – Strong Knowledge of Google Analytics – Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Adwords certification is a plus – Magento platform knowledge is a Plus – Relevant Experience in the Fashion E-commerce and / or agencies is a Plus J-18808-Ljbffr
