The candidate will support all marcomm activities updating all digital platforms (both internal and external) and support above all marketing campaigns, with particular attention to B2B Marketing Automation in order to nurture and generate leads, and ultimately enrich the customer journey. We will count on you to: Support Marcomm Team managing the realization of marcomm projects ( expecially digital) following its development from design to release Update website content and internal platforms (Intranet) Manage all creative graphic requests developed by Digital & Creative Hub in Continental Europe Monitor ongoing digital activities through web tools ( ex. Web Analytics) Cooperate with other internal teams to develop and implement activities / materials Set up the web content using SEO strategy Promote website and social media creating web lead generation activities ( call to action, mktg automation campaigns) Schedule posts on Social Media following Editorial Social Plan Create and schedule DEM ( direct email mails) through Mass mails tools and check results Be active in engaging users on social media sites such as Linkedin and involved colleagues in the projects Be proactive in collecting news and inputs Be integral part of Communication activities What you need to have: Master’s degree in Communications/Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design At leat 5 years’ experience working in a large, complex, and matrixed environment, and/or background in communication agencies Experience of delivering impactful campaigns in rapidly-changing, highly-regulated, technologically dynamic environments; Hands-on experience with marketing and communications technologies, including marketing automation software, social, intranets and content management systems is advantageous Excellent skills in MS Office; PPT, Word, Excel, Office 365 What makes you stand out: Be Familiar with Marketing Automation tools such as Pardot Newsletters tools Excellent skills in MS Office; PPT, Word, Excel, Office 365 Knowledge of CRM.
