Responsibility Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth Maintain a strong and consistent brand image across all marketing channels Plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum impact and ROI Manage and optimize your marketing budget to achieve cost-effective results Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising Analyse marketing data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product and operation to support overall business goals Ensure website visits, social media followers, and lead generation goals are achieved Reporting Analyse the company sell-in and sell-out volumes Deliver business KPIs Support budgeting and forecasting process Liaise with regional and local teams to understand the main drivers of sales/volume variations Collaborate with internal sales to drive market development and achieve business goals Create customer-oriented technical content for various marketing channels Apply market insights to drive marketing messaging and campaign planning Define and track campaign-based success metrics and contribute to the commercial plan What Do We Offer You Dynamic company with strong brand products on the market International environment and a friendly team of 11 people Involvement in multiple business processes Excellent opportunities to further develop and room for own initiative Competitive remuneration and a company car is part of the package.
