We are looking for a strong digital operations leader to manage the full spectrum of the digital properties of one of our global clients, coordinating a team that operates across multiple digital capabilities (web, mobile, SEO, analytics, CRM, etc). Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all digital activities in scope (including but not necessarily limited to Websites, CRM, Analytics and social media), in line with agreed SLA’s Promote efficiency and optimization across the client’s digital ecosystem Act as the key point of contact for the client and for the wider Publicis Sapient digital operations team (both centrally and across key European markets) Manage timely reporting on overall operational status, both to the client and internally Monitor and interpret data and analytics on workflows, processes and related performance metrics, also to identify operational inefficiencies and devise solutions to improve efficiency Act as a point of escalation for issues raised by the client or by the digital operations team, and provide relevant support and direction to drive them to a quick resolution Lead the team to ensure they follow established procedures, from production to quality assurance · Partner with media, digital production and creative teams to support integrated digital initiatives (e.g. website launches and updates, DEM, banners, social media, etc.) Coordinate with other departments within Publicis, from content origination to adaptation and development, to make sure all inputs and outputs of the digital operations process are properly fine-tuned and optimized · Work with project managers to allocate resources, estimate budgets, track project costs, and create production schedules for all digital projects.
