Publicis – Our digital operations team is responsible for the stability and availability of our global clients’ d igital platforms and the related ecosystem of partners, through effective governance of processes and procedures to maintain, update, manage and evolve those platforms , dealing with operational risk and promoting business effectiveness. We are looking for a strong digital operations program manager to manage the full spectrum of the digital operations for one of our global clients, coordinating a team that operates across multiple digital capabilities (web, mobile, SEO, analytics, CRM, etc). Job Description Supervise and manage all digital activities in scope (including but not necessarily limited to Websites, CRM, Analytics and social media), in line with agreed SLA’s Promote efficiency and optimization across the client’s digital ecosystem Act as the key point of contact for the client and for the wider Publicis Sapient digital operations team (both centrally and across key European markets) Manage timely reporting on overall operational status, both to the client and internally Monitor and interpret data and analytics on workflows, processes and related performance metrics, also to identify operational inefficiencies and devise solutions to improve efficiency Act as a point of escalation for issues raised by the client or by the digital operations team, and provide relevant support and direction to drive them to a quick resolution Lead the team to ensure they follow established procedures, from production to quality assurance Partner with media, digital production and creative teams to support integrated digital initiatives (e.g. website launches and updates, DEM, banners, social media, etc.) Coordinate with other departments within Publicis, from content origination to adaptation and development, to make sure all inputs and outputs of the digital operations process are properly fine-tuned and optimized Work with project managers to allocate resources, estimate budgets, track project costs, and create production schedules for all digital projects Qualifications 5 years of experience in project and program management 5 years of experience in client facing roles Experience working across technical and non-technical teams Excellent understanding of digital ecosystems, including digital production processes, digital content origination and implementation Excellent understanding of digital practices such as CRM, SEO, Analytics, digital asset production and management Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills Strong financial and budget management Strong team leadership and project management Additional Information 5 years of experience running digital operations. Experience in leading digital projects using CMS technology platforms (eg AEM, SharePoint, etc) Previous experience of leading digital services, channels and/or solution platforms. Experience with workflow management tools Basic knowledge of frontend development Operational/service delivery management experience for digital channels and solutions Third-party supplier management experience Experience leveraging data and metrics to drive improvements Experience implementing efficient processes, also through automation or standardisation.
