Digital Product Specialist – Maternity leave

We're looking for a Digital Product Specialist  (m/f/x) for maternity leave, who will work into Digital Self-Care & Engagement Team (Digital Product & Services Area) focusing on E.ON APP for customers and how to boost usage, adoption and rating of this channel. He/she will deal with implementation of new features and improvements consistently with customer needs about all the assets (self-care tasks, engagement patterns, community features, etc.) in order to achieve the highest perceived value and maximized the related KPIs (e.g. APP rating on application stores, Net Promoting Score, etc.).
Taking care of evolutions and roadmap, he/she will contribute to define product concepts and requirements (after scouting activities on best practices and insights collection from internal/external stakeholders) and to ensure their best releases working with the other colleagues and teams (e.g. UX/UI and Digital Delivery functions, IT department, business partners, etc.).

What you will do:

• Continuous benchmarking of main APP trends in terms of features and components among comparable players/industries;
• Analysis of customers behaviours on digital properties leveraging on quantitative methods (e.g. analytics) as well as qualitative ones (e.g. direct feedbacks by customers) 
• Contribute to define and prioritize product requirements (with a continuous backlog maintenance) under a customer-centric approach to maximize NPS and APP rating as main drivers (with the final aim to achieve the estimated NPV of projects)
• Propose activities to increase APP usage leveraging on digital engagement or initiatives agreed with sales channels and other stakeholders;
• Collect requests from all the stakeholders about new APP features to sustain E.ON #MakeItalyGreen proposition (e.g. engagement flow, gamification) and to support revenue streams (e.g. up/cross-selling, WOM triggers);
• Reporting/analysis about main digital product metrics (e.g. MAUs, APP downloads, features usage, APP rating/reviews);

Basic Qualifications:

• Academic degree and experience (at least 2 years) on digital product management (practical experience on projects focused on customers satisfaction increase would be very appreciated).
• Fluent English and knowledge of Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) are mandatory requirements.
• Good team player with a drive to create a positive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of AGILE approach and main involved tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or equivalent tools;
• Passion for APP and mobile economy main trends;
• Previous experience with international companies or companies with +100 employees;
• Strong business acumen and ability to learn, understand and converse around key business issues
