DIGITAL TECH LEAD Our client is an innovative fintech company supported by international investors, that envisions a new way of funding based on transparency and technology to support companies in a sustainable and ethical growth. They are on a very exciting journey and looking for talented people that could help them to improve their vision and they are willing to make a great impact in the financial services sector. Their investment model is based on their proprietary algorithm which uses data analysis extracted from a variety of API connections in order to evaluate and monitor the companies that they decide to invest in. Their platform is also a powerful tool for their customers to know more about their business and manage it better. To date, they are looking for a Tech Lead who is going on to manage a team that as of today is made up of two developers. You will be in charge of evaluating the work processed and implementing technology solutions to meet the business’s current and future needs. Main responsibilities: • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team; • Hands on responsibilities in building and improving the platform; • Cooperate with the Management to understand what the company needs and cooperate in achieving general and technical goals; • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals; • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure projects are completed to standard; • Identifying risks; You will be : • A continuous improvement Ambassador; • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments; • Motivating your team and being transparent with them about challenges, failures, and successes. Who we are looking for: • BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience; • At least 3 years of experience leading small technical teams either in venture capital firms or venture backed startups; • Advanced knowledge of automation, scripting skills, Source Code Management and APIs; • You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals; • You meet deadlines and you find the best way to reach them in the right way.
