Role objectives : Own the product vision & agile execution within a multidisciplinary scrum team Translate the Business Owner expectations into a backlog of features needed to achieve strategic goals. Drive the value creation process in the product design & development (User stories valuation & prioritization, Product ROI), in close collaboration with IT & Business Owner Manage the relationship with Business Owners Drive the continuous improvement efforts to best meet users’ expectations and feedbacks. Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management Key Responsibilities: Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog Interact with end-users (field ambassadors or “super users” for e.g.) to test ideas, to prototype and identify continuous improvement opportunities Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions Knowledge and Experience: 3 years experience in product ownership role for front lines or B2B customers.
