E-Business Specialist

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for an E- Business Specialist based in Milan, in our HQ Offices. Main Activities And Responsibilities Management of DG.com business for all EU and APAC areas; Coordination of all needed activities to carry out all commercial calendar projects, in collaboration with local teams Support in elaborating commercial strategies for all seasonal themes, special projects, etc; Localization of commercial and marketing calendar, in close collaboration with both, HQ and local teams; Support Store&Content team to mantaining on-site contents, and work on diversifying them based on the specific local strategy; Monitoring main KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, to make sure business goals are reached; Market and benchmark research to always find new commercial opportunities for the specific regions; Closely collaborate with Business, merch and regional teams to make sure to flawlessly carry out all activities to support local strategies and business; Support operations activities (e.g.: returns analysis and improvement of CX); Daily and weekly meetings and exchanges with regional teams to give and get updates on main business trends; Currently managing all catalogue activities for Casa Business unit and Collabo as Food, and supporting potential special projects. Key Requirements & Competencies At least 4 years of experience in E-commerce field. Data-driven and strong knowledge of analysis the KPIs improving the performance (using Google Analytics and Power BI). Strong relationship, negotiation and organizational skills with attention to detail and performance Professional and fluent in English.
