JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: As part EMEA Optical eCommerce team you will join as the E-Commerce Calendar manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing the online activities planning for 30 Optical Retail websites in EMEA, working closely with the local eCommerce manager, but also with the centrally managed functions (CoE) based Milan. These activities include brand campaigns, e-commerce promotions, product launches and more. He/she is also responsible to coordinate the different CRM activities related to the brand working in coordination with the CRM shared services team. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: Own overall online marketing calendar for EMEA Optical eCommerce, in constant alignment with the local e-commerce managers. Liaise with Global functions such as Marketing, Brand Team, Product & Planning Team, PR and Social Media for integrated marketing initiatives. Drive marketing communication strategy structure based on brand calendar alignment Kick-off project overview plans with cross-functional teams. Ensure on time and qualitative execution of the marketing calendar partnering with the content team. Stick to the different banner pillars and products in the definition of the calendar activities. Partner with CRM CoE to plan and deliver customer retention and loyalty strategies. Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability. Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities. Partner with CRM to monitor results of customer targeting activities. NETWORK OF INTERACTION: INTERNAL : IT Team Legal Team Global Operations team E-commerce Operations team Performance Marketing Team CRM Team Product & Planning Team Global Marketing Team EXTERNAL : External vendors (depending on the services) TECHNICAL SKILLS – PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration 5 years of marketing experience and/ or e-commerce business experience Ability to develop and analyze financial/ business data Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in matrix organizations A strong communicator that can effectively report on campaign performance and lessons learned from completed initiatives Detail oriented Positive and proactive attitude Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. LANGUAGES: English (Fluent – Must Have) Italian (Nice to have) Other Languages are considered a plus We welcome applications from all individuals regardless of their ages, backgrounds, gender, sexual orientation, political affiliations, personal beliefs, or religions.
