AW LAB proposes a wide collection of sneakers of the most famous international sport brands and a wide range of exclusive designs created in collaboration with them. The proposal is completed by a collection of apparel and accessories of the leading sportswear brand and by two private clothing labels. In this moment of great emphasis on organisational development, Bata Spain and AW LAB Spain would like to include in their HR Management Department a professional to take care of the HR Management processes of the Spanish employees. In Spain AW LAB is experiencing a period of great development of its network of direct shops and franchises. We are looking for an E-COMMERCE MANAGER with meaningful experience within Retail – Fashion or Sport Brand Industry. As an E-commerce manager he/she will be responsible in delivering the best in class experience for our Customers throughout the whole journey (adv and traffic, ux and commercial setting, operations and logistic, customer service and loyalty). MAIN ACTIVITIES Define the strategy Keep innovate and improve website performances Improve UX and increase conversion Grow Customers number and satisfaction Oversee P&L respect and perform business analysis Supervise e-commerce operations and services quality Defining the commercial strategy engaging externally (i.e. brands) and internally (i.e. merchandising team) with all key stakeholders and translating it into actions Providing business input to be translated into performance marketing activities and monitoring the quality of the traffic Implementing SEO input and guidelines from agencies Identifying business opportunities and key innovations for the website and transfer it to the Project Management / Digital Transformation team Participating in the definition of requirements and technical activities list for the digital transformation team; supporting the execution of run tests (backend and frontend) Managing day by day activities in order to ensure the proper functioning and updating of the website Overseeing e-commerce operations and increasing the quantity / quality of logistic services Analyzing and monitoring the main KPI using GA and BI systems and preparing periodical reports for the top management Increasing the number of satisfied E-commerce customer (returning visitors and loyalty members) and contributing to improve the appeal of our Loyalty program Bringing latest data, user research, innovation and trend in retail, apparel, e-commerce and omnichannel and monitoring competitive scenario in order to provide best in class journey and offer for our Customers REQUIREMENTS University degree in economics, business administration, e-commerce or a closely related field At least 5 years’ experience in the same role Fluent in English Strong analytical skills, target oriented and data driven mindset Excellent team working attitude C-Level communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally and with multiple internal and external stakeholders WILL BE CONSIDERED A PLUS Experience of working with international teams Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform Project Management experience WORK LOCATION Limena (PD) – Italy Possibility of smart working for part of the week after an initial training period J-18808-Ljbffr
