E-commerce Operations Specialist

Do you have a passion for online sales and business ? Are you interested in the product cycle and selling ? We are looking for an E -commerce Operations Specialist , and their main goal will be to drive and maximize Geox sales and profitability through the optimization of Etailers’ product availability. In detail the candidate will: Identify Etailer product availability needs fostering an effective product allocation and replenishment with an omnichannel approach; Support seasonal buying activities through demand forecasting and inventory analytics; Monitor and analyze online performances and reordering trends to identify inventory opportunities and create additional sales; Define and implement tailor-made action plans to reduce low-performing products and monitor success metrics on a weekly basis; Support the definition of promotional product selection in order to maximize Inventory turnover rate and boost Etailer reorders; Collaborate with key areas such as Key Account management, Supply chain management, Web Customer Service, Finance and Merchandising; Strengthen inventory reporting to optimize stock levels vs Etailer demand and manage needs versus future stock availability; Support in the budgeting and forecasting process. Profile: Preferable past experience in supply chain functions. Understanding of planning product cycle and selling / driving online business. Past experience in managing operations for online Key Platforms. Strong experience in business analytics, planning and forecasting. Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Ability to take data-driven decision. Consolidated knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint…). Flexibility, action and results oriented. Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
