Responsabilità chiave:

Merchandising & Campaign Preparation

• Create a campaignly plan and brief in to creative team
• Working closely with the Digital Trading Manager to align on e-commerce focuses for each campaign
• Plan and manage the weekly e-trading updates
• Full ownership of e-commerce setting: from back-end to front-end editing checks to user experience improvements
• Work closely with creative team and managing contents, graphic creation of banners, images, and pdfs, and to ensure a mobile first approach to design
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive the success and increase adoption of e-commerce tools through our representatives
• A/B Testing and QA Testing of new digital features
• Assisting wider Rep E-Commerce team with key merchandising tasks on SWMR, such as: Campaign Upload, New Product Set up, Sequencing, Product Imagery, PDP & PLP Optimisation and Digital Marketing briefing & support (eCRM

Performance Analysis

• Reporting on performance of e-commerce on a weekly basis
• Sharing insight with key stakeholders to influence performance
• Assisting Rep E-Commerce team with performance analysis on SWMR

Ci piacerebbe che tu avessi:

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2/3 years relevant experience with exposure to E-Commerce
• Experience of working to tight schedules with cross-functional departments.
• Evidence of an analytical background
• Excellent grasp of English, both written and oral
• Experience in busy, fast-paced office environment

Education

• Degree experience or equivalent experience in similar role

Skills & Competencies (required)

• Strong attention to detail
• Understanding of Commercial & Trading focuses / requirements
• Understanding of core creative principles and importance of mobile design
• Understanding of E-Commerce KPI’s and levers of success
• Advanced excel experience
• Working in a fast-paced environment and reacting to performance on a weekly basis
• Understanding requirements of different stakeholders and being able to prioritise accordingly
• Being constantly aware of any business critical issues and liaising with relevant departments for fast effective resolution.
