JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: The role of the e-commerce roadmap manager includes the responsibility from the business side of the creation, development and execution of the ecommerce roadmap that will be among main drivers of the expected net yearly sales across regions. The role means to collect business needs from E-commerce managers and Business Director, propose a list of activities, their impact on the budget and monitoring the successful execution of the plan. Moreover, the monitoring and addressing of AM maintenance issues is another key part of the role to ensure a smooth performance of the platforms and, hence, securing net sales. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a matrix organization are essential to successfully drive the Portfolio and Service teams in the role. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: Roadmap Definition: List the entire schedule of the activities and detail their sequence of implementation Evaluate the impact evaluation on net sales and building blocks Define Priorities according to business impact Assess quality criteria to be used for the project Collect and define all the requirements for the projects Collaborate with other teams and/or divisions to ensure roadmap plan execution Provide recommendations and suggestions for project improvement Roadmap Execution Roadmap Steering alignment and review Supervise Projects Kick-off Monitor Projects under scope definition: requirements supervision across teams SAL of projects under development Report and communicate progress, issues/risks to project stakeholders and other team contacts Manage projects in UAT phase: test, ticket opening, ticketing re-test Platform Maintenance and Outage Monitoring Review and prioritize tickets according to business priorities Monitor progress of the plan Monitor Resolution and Root Cause Analysis Loss estimation in case of outgages Supervise and Coordinate the CRO plan Review and prioritize activities Ensure the plan is executed correctly and on time Supervise testing and results executed by the Roadmap Specialist Share results of the main activities with key stakeholders NETWORK OF INTERACTION: INTERNAL : SGH E-commerce Business team, IT, Project Managers, Omnichannel Team, Services Team (CRO, Content, UX, UI, OPS, Product) EXTERNAL : External vendors (Epam, Abstract, SAP, Applause, Monetate) and possible new ones in the future TECHNICAL SKILLS – PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE : Educational Background: Business Administration / Management Engineering At least 2/3 years of experience in ecommerce projects management Previous experience in ecommerce business and KPIs management is preferred. Previous Experience with ecommerce platform (WCS preferred) Previous Experience with JIRA and Confluence tool Previous Experience with web analysis and website optimization is a plus. Excellent use of Excel Excellent use of PPT LANGUAGES: Italian : Mother tongue / Fluent English : Mother tongue / Fluent OVERALL COMMENTS: Min. 5 years of experience within e-commerce business Detail-oriented, problem-solving attitude, deadline-driven and able to multitask Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent analytical skills Passion for innovation, technology and digital J-18808-Ljbffr
