We are looking for an eCommerce Manager EMEA to welcome in our Digital Team. The candidate will directly report to the Head of Digital EMEA and will be responsible for driving eCommerce sales by optimizing the on-site shopping journey in line with commercial and brand objectives. Our Digital channels are very dynamic and growing quickly as our tools and strategies evolve. They are nowadays central to the development of our business. Key Responsibilities Direct management of the eCommerce team (two resources) with the role of global business process owner for its projects impacting on eCommerce Definition and management of the eCommerce EMEA P&L Work with internal stakeholders and external partners/suppliers to optimize site navigation, customer journey, checkout funnel, and product placement to grow conversion rate and online sales Definition of eCommerce targets and the strategic action plan in order to achieve them by working closely with Marketing, IT, CRM, Logistics, and Customer Care Team Management of on-site assortment and relative stock forecasting Drive sales and conversion by getting customers to the products that they most likely want to buy (Navigation, On-site Search, Sort Orders, etc.) from the first visit to the post-sale follow up Drive website traffic by optimizing all the available sources, in particular creating paid media advertising, YouTube, and partnership strategies Plan and execute promotions and EMEA local activations Collaborate with the CRM team to decide on the CRM plan Management of web analytics tools and key performance indicators (GA4) to monitor and analyze eCommerce performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement Analyze website metrics data and other KPIs’s including sales and inventory, and determine business improvement opportunities Optimize product recommendations engine in order to drive increased exposure and increase conversion Optimize on-site merchandising and continuous improvement of user experience and user interface Generate new ideas to boost the growth of Venchi eCommerce Management of business development of the Company Outlet that shares the inventory of the digital channels The Ideal Candidate 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce Result-oriented with the ability to effectively multitask in a rapid work environment, by meeting all deadlines 2 years of People Management at least Strong knowledge of performance drivers and the main analysis and KPIs tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI Strong relation, negotiation, and organizational skills with constant attention to detail and performance Problem-solving and decision-making mindset combined with the ability to manage independent work Ability to create and develop data-driven business strategies Passion for digital, new technologies and related trends International mindset, fluent in Italian and English Positive and flexible…and obviously a chocolate and gelato lover J-18808-Ljbffr
