About us WeSchool is the leading Italian EdTech Company. Who we are looking for We are looking for a Educational Editor Intern with to help us full-time in the design and production of educational content (texts, videos, slides, infographics, etc.) and training courses for Primary and Secondary school teachers. At WeSchool, we are convinced that teaching and learning better (and more fun) is not just a matter of technology but of the right mix of effective methodologies, content, prepared teachers and motivated students. We believe that the “recipe” for teaching, in the classroom or at home, must always start with good didactic planning and the use of the most effective tools. What does a Junior Educational Editor actually do? Together with colleagues in the Education teams, he or she supports the teachers taking part in our training courses, guides them step by step in achieving the course objectives, designs teaching paths, writes Lesson Plans, designs tests and teaching games and interacts with the participants in the WeSchool communities. Must-have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a humanities subject (Communication, Media, Pedagogy, Humanities, Philosophy or similar) Italian Native or Bilingual Advanced level of written and spoken English Excellent organisational skills and precision Excellent teamwork skills Strong communication skills Nice-to-have: Good instructional design skills Good knowledge of the main teaching methodologies (synchronous, asynchronous, in-presence, blended, collaborative, etc.) Previous experience in creating training content and projects (not necessarily for the school world) What we offer 6-month extracurricular traineeship contract Expense reimbursement of €900 net per month A personalized Buddy Program to help you in the onboarding phase A learning environment where you can build upon your skills and interests, we support you with internal training opportunities, e.g. language classes, digital product courses etc A diverse, inclusive, and multicultural working environment J-18808-Ljbffr
