Partner with the best Electrical and Instrument Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for Electrical and Instrument (E&I) Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. He/she develops an operational year plan for own manufacturing activities of the team, suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. Electrical and Instrument Manufacturing Engineer will also be responsible for the following: Supporting during the early stage of the project by leading Constructability review for all E&I installation aspects. Developing and implementing method of statements and procedures for leading execution activities. All designed for Safety & for Quality. Support execution activities by promptly trouble shouting E&I issues using technical instrumentation. Being able to read E&I technical documentation, interacting with Engineering team for clarification and to suggest/agree on possible modification/improvements Supporting Continuous improvement and digital growth initiatives at a Plant level, being fully involved on broader initiatives at IET Manufacturing Level. Managing and fixing production non-conformities or Issues might occur. Promoting a Culture of interdependence on HSE and Quality and ensuring the full compliance to standards and policies. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will need to have: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 3 years of experience in E&I) Ability to read electrical/technical documentation/drawings Strong Italian and English communication skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
