If “can-do” is what you say to that nasty mission-critical project with no time to develop it and you see bugs as opportunities, today is your lucky day: we are looking for an Engineer Lead to join our Tech team ð What you will do: You will join a small distributed team of developers with decision-making autonomy: you will be responsible for your work; You will be part of an autonomous and heterogeneous squad, working closely with other areas, like Product, Design and Analytics; You will find brilliant solutions for complex problems and own the process from the analysis to the delivery; You will ship high-quality software: well-designed, well-tested and scalable. What you bring: Love for mentorship: you are proud of your work; Large-scale data processing: you know how to deal with large amount of data; Experience with multi-process patterns to scale up our synchronous and asynchronous tools; Knowledge of our current technology stack: PHP (Laravel), Javascript (VueJS), RabbitMQ, Git, Unix-like environment (if you have not used every single part of our tech stack previously, don’t worry – we encourage engineers who are open to new technologies to apply and we will support your growth and learning ); Great communication and synthesis skills working closely with product managers, other teams and both internal and external stakeholders; Analytical, detail-focused mindset, but always looking at the big picture; Team player: you work well with other people within and outside the tech team; Positive & chill vibes. Meme skills is a nice to have ð Being able to legally work in Europe: you are the holder of an EU Passport or you are the holder of an EU residency permit or you are the holder of a Schengen Work Visa. 30,000 – 84,000 a year Salary range description: – For candidates to be hired as contractors, the 30.000 – 84.000 salary range is intended as gross, on a yearly basis and based on the candidate seniority. – For candidates to be hired in Italy with a contract of employment, the salary range is from 30.000 – 58.000 , intended as gross, on a yearly basis and based on the candidate seniority.
