The position will report to the Europe Senior Marketing Director and will manage a team of 2. Collaborate to define the European marketing and communication strategies and related budget allocation across Markets in line with the Brand vision, mission and goals, to grow top line and create value through the development of the Brand: where to play and how to play Develop and implement media plans, ensuring the appropriate media coverage in accordance with Central guidelines, and allowing local team for efficient PR negotiations Coordinate Local Marketing Teams and European Media Agencies (10 Teams) to implement harmonized and integrated traditional and digital communication plans and initiatives, tailoring activities to suit local marketplaces, their audiences and Brand Awareness maturity, while ensuring a robust co-ordination and execution of pan-European marketing activities Coordinate the European clienteling strategy and calendar according to the Corporate communication guidelines Manage the assigned support budget, monitoring it and coordinating all Markets per each budget revision and updating the schedule of initiatives accordingly Provide constant information and analysis on the market trends and evolutions, market share, competitors, key launches Monitor statistics and analyze web analytics reports on a regular basis ensuring traffic growth and qualified user sessions in coordination with involved units Create strong Bulgari experiences through all the different events: press, clients, fairs, internal, always ensuring the best execution Profile Qualifications/Professional Capabilities At least 5 years of marketing and media coordination experience Budget and reporting skills Digital Communication knowledge International background Understanding of social networks and up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and developments Understanding of SEO & SEM strategies IT Applications (Powerpoint, Excel) Proficient knowledge of English and Italian. French would be a plus
