About the role You will be a long-standing digital champion with an interest in B2B technologies. You will hit the ground running, being responsible for planning and implementing a programme of events that will meet the business goals to enhance and amplify the company’s presence at major industry events, as well as virtual, in-person and hosted events. You will also have strong business acumen as lead generation and creation of business opportunities will also be a key objective. Your role will include tracking and measuring ROI and the events’ effectiveness in meeting the company objectives. You will take ownership of the events strategy and support the wider marketing goals to promote the brand to prospects, existing and new clients. The postholder will be a team-player and can work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, with a proactive and can-do mindset. In return, you will be part of an experienced and friendly team of sales and marketing professionals, who will work alongside you to ensure a successful delivery of the events programme. Key responsibilities Plan, manage, and host marketing and lead generation events (trade shows, conferences, in-person events, and webinars) across the region that capture prospects and help move them into customers. Responsible for the full end-to-end project lifecycle of our events campaign – including logistics, marketing, sponsor management, post event lead sorting and uploading to the CRM etc Work in cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with the product marketing, sales, communications teams in the development, execution, and measurement of the regional events Measure campaign impact through CRM reporting, evaluate event/campaign ROI, and report on the success of the event to the rest of the business Your Skills & experience 3-5 years full lifecycle B2B events management experience Must have experience creating strategy, planning, budgeting, and managing sponsored and hosted events from start to finish Excellent project management/organisational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives at once A strong understanding of how events metrics and the impact on the lead funnel, from MQL to opportunity and revenue Experience with CRM, marketing tools and Adobe Creative Cloud A teamplayer with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Good writing skills – your English must be first class Do you want to join a unique human adventure?
