decarbonization process and technological excellence in the world of renewables
in Italy.

3SUN is a
photovoltaic module production plant of the Enel Green Power group ,
called "La Fabbrica del Sole", established in Catania, in the heart
of the Mediterranean Sea, in 2010 and one of the largest photovoltaic
production plants in Europe.

We are looking
for one Event & Trade Show specialist , to be included in a
highly dynamic and competent Innovation team.

What
you will do:

• Be Responsible
  for formulating, organizing and executing events and trade shows.
• Manage the complete process including planning stage, running the actual event itself
  and the post-event evaluation.
• Manage operational and administrative functions
  / suppliers to ensure that the event/tradeshow is delivered efficiently. Ensure that the event/tradeshow is in line with company's overall marketing strategy and
  attracts target audience.

Responsibilities :

• Creating and
managing the events/tradeshow calendar

• Developing
event concepts

• Managing
event budgets

• Site
selection

• Coordinating
logistical elements

• Organizing
marketing material

• Promote the
event/trade show “Before – during -After”

• Processing
payments and invoices

• Liaising
with speakers and preparing speaking notes

• Post-event
reporting & customer feedback survey

• Lead
Management: Ensuring leads generated during fairs and events are recorded and
processed

• Collaboration:
Working closely with suppliers and internal staff to fulfill fair and event
requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination
• Languages: Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of other
  European languages is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office
