EVENTS DESIGN MANAGER

Within our Events Design & Visual Merchandising Team based in Rome, we are looking for an Events Design Manager, who will lead projects from event creative concept to timeline management, budget and execution. He/She will report directly to our Events Design & Visual Merchandising Director. Main Accountabilities Develop creative and innovative ideas and concepts for event experiences that are emotional, memorable, unique and distinctive, rooted in brand dna and based on brand platform. Drive the creative design direction and aesthetic solution for events, showroom and exhibitions WW, in close collaboration with the event team. Guarantee a close collaboration with all other departments involved as well as with markets, ensuring coherency, consistency and efficiency of design execution WW Research and define suitable locations together with cross teams involved. Ideate the spatial design according to the creative theme and the location, delivering compelling presentations and design packages. Identify the most appropriate materials according to the design and budget constraints, overseeing the research of suppliers for the development of the different projects, from prototype to execution. Supervise the production phase in order to guarantee the quality and aesthetic result, ensuring excellence in execution and full alignment with project brief, timing and cost Supervise the construction phase to guarantee the final result Nurture constructive relationships with all internal departments involved and cross project teams (visual, security, logistics, image, marketing, communication, etc.) Requirements At least 7 years experience in events design and project management Degree in Architecture/Design or similar fields Fluency in Italian and English, any additional language is a plus Experience in people management Creative, forward-thinking and innovative approach with an attention to details and a drive for outstanding execution. Creative strategy and Project development experience. Previous experience in luxury, retail, branding and design industries is welcomed.
