We are now looking for the Executive Assistant to Dormer Pramet VP Global Sales and Marketing, a driven and proactive Professional to join our truly global team. Please keep reading About your mission In this position, you are the important right-hand for our Vice President Global Sales and Marketing, providing flexible service and taking initiatives to improve efficiency. You take lead in your assignments and keep track of the smallest details – always with the bigger picture in mind. You manage various administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, calendars, approvals, documentation and expenses, but we also want you to add business value by being proactive, bringing your voice to the table and giving insights. You organize and manage joint databases and team sites, as well as taking responsibility for meeting agendas. You are part of an international Sales and Marketing management team and with a proactive mindset, you’re able to handle and prioritize varied tasks. The location for this position is Europe flexible, with some preferences for Germany and allows for a hybrid working schedule. Some international travel into different locations is a natural part of your job. About you Even though a relevant degree is needed for this position, we put the biggest emphasis on your personal and professional characteristics. We’re looking for someone with structured ways of working – you stay ahead and identify new opportunities. It’s essential to have a high level of competence within Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. Previous work experience as an assistant, preferably within a global organization, is beneficial. Since we act in a global environment, you also need excellent communication skills in English, both in written and verbal form. Knowledge of German is a plus. Your personality truly makes the difference, you’re a doer with a positive attitude and natural talent for service. Being self-motivated, outgoing and confident, you also know how to prioritize and creatively solve problems on the go, and you challenge us to think outside the box and look at new options. You’re a true team player and eager to organize, coordinate, anticipate needs and take action.
