Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of all office spaces, providing strategic guidance to optimize space utilization, liaising with external vendors for building repairs and maintenance, and managing the budget for facilities and upkeep. This is a hybrid role with most of the work being carried out in Florence and some work which can be done remotely. Qualifications Experience in facilities management or related field Excellent organizational and project management abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of building systems, such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and security systems Experience in budget management Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or related field Professional certification in facilities management is a plus J-18808-Ljbffr
