F&B Manager

Your main tasks : • You will be part of the hotel”s management team and participate in key strategic and operational decisions. • You will develop your Roman network of customers and business introducers. You will be responsible for the smooth running of operations in all our restaurants, bars and lounges, as well as room service, under the responsibility of the Hotel Manager. • Generate emotion through the customer experience • Develop revenue and relationships with key Roman partners • Act as Duty Manager • Manage, motivate and organise the work of the teams • Ensure the recruitment and development of your staff • Define, comply with and optimise your department”s procedures, in line with Group procedures • Participate in drawing up and monitoring the annual budget • Ensuring that human resources and operating expenses are properly managed • The list of these tasks is not exhaustive and may change during the performance of this contract according to the Company”s needs, while respecting the Employee”s qualifications. Skills required : Ideally, you will have trained in the hotel industry and have solid experience in all aspects of the F&B department. You have already opened a lifestyle restaurant with a relaxed luxury feel, in Italy or abroad. Fluency in English and a sense of customer service are essential for this position. As part of your job, you will have to adopt a fair and exemplary managerial stance, in line with the values of the Leitmotiv group. You must be able to carry out your duties with attention to detail. You must be able to manage your priorities and solve problems using common sense. You will work consistently and attentively with your colleagues and be able to work independently. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of the Roman environment and its players. It requires strong operational involvement, a willingness to share knowledge and goodwill towards colleagues, and the ability to lead by example.
